Karina Brez Jewelry accepts the following payment methods:

We ship internationally through UPS and each package is insured. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

One of a kind pieces are final sale and non-returnable. All other jewelry may be returned within 14 days and refunded to the original payment method after a review from our team.

We ship daily to Canada and frequently to many other countries.  If you don't see your country listed when you try to check out, please contact customer service to see if we can add your country.

No one likes surprise charges when we receive packages.  Unfortunately, you may be charged fees by the carriers when your government stops your package at the border to collect duties or taxes from you.  In those cases, the carriers need to immediately pay your taxes on your behalf to clear border Customs, and then you must reimburse them.  When this happens, the carriers charge you a fee on top of the government duties or taxes.

We want you to know what to expect when you shop with us from outside the United States. International customs clearance can be a complicated and bureaucratic process. You may need to pay duty, taxes or fees when you receive your package outside the United States.  We ship internationally using either FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Both carriers try to streamline the process for you, but it can still be frustrating when fees are added or packages are held at the border. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand the shipping and Customs clearance policies of whichever carrier you choose.
